What is Mindsight?
Mindsight (sometimes called extraocular vision, or “blindsight”) is the trained ability to perceive visual information with a blindfold, using non-ocular pathways. Dalia teaches practical foundations—focus, relaxed attention, and gentle training protocols—that help students reconnect with this natural capacity.

What is Dalia’s mission?
 Dalia is dedicated to teaching Mindsight and empowering others to awaken and expand this ability around the world. She believes that we are all capable of incredible psi abilities such as Mindsight, telekinesis, telepathy etc, and that these abilities are easily accessible. She wants this knowledge to become known in the mainstream.This is her life’s work, and all of her professional time is focused on this mission.

How can I learn more about Mindsight?
The best way to learn more is to attend one of Dalia’s experiential trainings. These sessions introduce the foundations of Mindsight and are designed to support both beginners and committed students. Click here to learn more about training with Dalia

Do you offer private sessions or one-on-one coaching?
At this time, Dalia does not offer stand-alone private sessions. Because she is focused on teaching Mindsight and empowering others to expand this ability worldwide, her professional time is dedicated to group trainings. For a small number of students in her programs, there may be limited opportunities to add private work to their group training program.

Can Dalia review my book, meditation, or personal work?
Dalia deeply honors the dedication and creativity of others. However, because she is devoted to teaching Mindsight and training others to expand it around the world, she is not available to review personal materials, provide feedback on books or meditations, or consult on outside projects. The best way to experience her guidance is by attending one of her trainings.

Do you offer psychic readings, predictions, or channeling?
No. Dalia’s work is focused on teaching and research in Mindsight. She does not offer psychic readings, predictions, or channeling.

Can you help me locate a lost object or missing person?
No. Dalia does not offer investigative or location services. Her focus is on education and skill development.

Can Mindsight help with anxiety, OCD, or other personal challenges?
Many students report greater calm, confidence, and focus through this training. That said, Mindsight is an educational practice, not medical or psychological treatment. Please consult licensed care providers for health concerns.

Do you train blind or visually-impaired students?
Yes. Dalia is actively exploring accessible training pathways with educators and orientation & mobility specialists. If you’re a TVI/O&M professional, you’re welcome to share your interest through our Educator Interest Form so we can keep you updated.

What tips do you have to get started at home?

Watch media about Mindsight or read about it. Movies such as "Superhuman: The Invisible Made Visible" or books such as "Seeing Without Eyes is Possible. Intuitive Vision and Expanded Intuition" can really help open the doors to your ability and confidence.  

Can anybody do this?

Yes! Mindsight utilizes senses you were already born with, some of which you may not know you have. A person can be blind or sighted and still pick this up. 

Do I have to train with a specific blindfold?

No, you can use any black-out mask, as long as it's comfortable. I usually start out with the mindfold because it’s a great training mask. 

If this is an innate ability, why don't the blind do it?

You could ask the same about yourself? If this is an innate ability, why am I not doing it? The answer is simple, you didn't realize you could, so you probably never tried. The good news is, it is trainable. 

Is Dalia’s daughter available for personal questions or public appearances?
Dalia's daughter Lidu is currently under contract with an academic research program and is not available for personal questions. She has very limited availability for public appearances. If you’re interested in inviting her, please complete our Event Request Form. Thank you for respecting her privacy.
