Dalia Burgoin is an author, educator, mother of four, and energy arts practitioner whose work explores human intuitive and perceptual abilities. She has developed training systems designed to support healing and cultivate psi capacities including telepathy, energy perception, and extra-ocular vision (EOV), which she calls Mindsight.
A growing focus of Dalia’s work is bringing Mindsight to the blind community. Using protocols she has developed and refined, she has trained blind adults to identify colors, shapes, letters, words, objects, and spatial information during structured exercises.
Her blind students are collaborators in this work, and important participants in ongoing research. Their contribution has shaped the method as much as her own practice has, and they share the credit for it.
Dalia has shared her work on This Is the Place Utah, Good Day Utah (FOX 13), Good Morning Utah (ABC), and podcasts including Acid for Squares and The Danny Jones Podcast. Her work is also featured in Superhuman 2: The Rebirth and Archive X. She collaborates with consciousness researchers including Alex Gómez-Marin, John Chavez of DMT Quest, and Dr. Diane Hennacy Powell.

Dalia demonstrates Mindsight in front of live audiences, and in settings where the conditions are set by other people.
She returned to present and demonstrate at Psi Games International in 2026 after winning the 2025 Mindsight category, and appears alongside Lidu in Superhuman 2: The Rebirth, the documentary series from Caroline Cory, premiering in October 2026. Her work at the inaugural Psi Games was covered independently by C-VILLE Weekly.
At the heart of Dalia’s work is her daughter, Liduvina “Lidu” Burgoin, a nonspeaking autistic teenager and gifted artist who has participated in research with Dr. Hennacy examining telepathic communication.
Together, Dalia and Lidu seek to expand our understanding of human perception and communication while sharing what they describe as the teachings of “the Hill”: insights communicated by Lidu about consciousness, connection, and telepathy.
