- When you request the free guide: your first name, email address, the page you signed up on, and whether you opened your download link.
- We do not take payments or ask for payment details on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you.
- To send the free guide you asked for.
- To send occasional news of trainings and events, if you requested the guide or ticked the box on the contact form.
We do not sell or rent your information. Only Dalia and her team see it, along with the services below that run the site and our email.
Services we use
- Google Workspace for our email and the private spreadsheet where form messages are kept.
- Leadpages hosts this website.
- Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages people use. It does not tell us who you are.
- YouTube plays the videos on some pages and may set its own cookies when you play one.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and it sets its own cookies to do that. Our website host may also use cookies needed to run the site.
Your choices
- Every mailing list email has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@daliaburgoin.com and we will do it within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as we need them to reply and follow up. Mailing list details stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Parents and caregivers of blind or low-vision children are welcome to contact us about their child. Please do not let children under 13 send us their own details.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
